LB Pro Sporting is a small business, and we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help us run it. We believe in being open about that, so this page explains where AI is involved in our work, where it isn't, and what we do to make sure it never gets in the way of good service.

Where we use AI

We use AI tools to help with:

• Writing, checking and improving product descriptions, website content and marketing copy

• Organising, editing and preparing product photography

• Drafting and replying to customer emails and enquiries

• Researching products, suppliers and pricing

• Day-to-day admin such as scheduling, record-keeping and planning

AI helps us move faster, keep the shop up to date and keep our prices competitive. It works behind the scenes; when you contact us, you always hear from a person or from an assistant acting on our instructions.

Where a human is always in the loop

A person reviews everything AI helps produce before it reaches you. In particular:

• Prices, stock levels and order details are set and checked by us, never by AI alone

• Personalisation orders, including crest printing and embroidery, are handled and quality-checked by a person at every stage

• Anything legally important, such as contract terms, returns and refunds, is written and approved by us

• Final decisions about your order are always made by a person

Your data

We never put your personal data, such as your name, address, phone number, payment details or order history, into public AI tools. Customer information is used only to fulfil your order and keep you updated, and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We don't use your details for marketing or research without your permission, and we never sell your data to anyone.

Images and content

Some product images and page content are prepared or improved with AI tools. Where this happens, the images show the actual product in the actual colourway, and any artwork, crest or embroidery you send us is used exactly as you provided it.
